Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Tracking Your Order

RETURNS POLICY

  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges


If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know when contacting our customer service team. Depending on product availability, we will arrange an exchange for a like-for-like item.

 Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
